Mr. BLISS DID AN AWESOME JOB AS A COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY FOR ME. HE BELIEVE IN ME AND DID EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO GET MY CASE DISMISSED. IN A NUTSHELL, I GAVE HIM ALL THE INFORMATION THAT WAS NEEDED TO PIT THE FACTS TOGETHER TO HAVE THE CHARGES AGAINST ME DISMISSED AND GET MY LIFE BACK. I SAY THANK YOU TO YOU MR. BLISS AND MR. All Mr. Bliss is after is a plea bargain, plain and simple. He wanted me to plea to an aggravated battery ( up to 15 years ) even though the medical evidence showed there were NO injuries.

I would suggest if you get Bliss as a public defender that you request a different attorney. He is known for settling cases and doesn't seem to like to go to trial. He can be arrogant and if he disagrees with what you want to do with your case, he lets you know it so the entire courtroom can hear that he disagrees. He can be kind of intimidating.He also seemed to be annoyed like he didn't want to talk to me when I called him or when he returned my calls. However, he is very knowledgeable and I do think he can be a good lawyer if you get along well with him.
