Did a good job

Mary John helped to finalize the estate of my sister after her untimely death. It was a long, slow process, but our situation was not normal. I appreciate everything she did to expedite the process. Scott is very unprofessional is not a man of his word promises many things many times and doesn't fall through on his word.. Scott is not a man of his word this is why he has bad things on his past record.

Called twice with no receptionist to answer. Left two messages requesting a call back for family law representation. Never got a call back. After my review posted i received a voice mail from a senior partner apologizing for the two missed calls that she looked into as well as an explanation on how the calls were missed. The following day I received a phone call from the receptionist her self with a full sincere apology from her. We are all human and make mistakes so apologies accepted. I can see they do care about their professionalism and quickly made right of a mistake that was brought to their attention. My rating of yhem went from a one star to a four.

Mary John was very pleasant to deal with, but very assertive in getting a slow investment company to honor their obligations. She used the correct legal terminology to forcefully motivate them to follow through on what they agreed to. Her price was also very reasonable. We were impressed that she returned part of the original retainer. I recommend this trustworthy autorney of high integrity.

I was in a bad marriage and needed a lawyer. I was lucky to have a friend that used the services of Attorney Overbey for his divorce and Daniel came highly recommended.
