Richard helped me with my first offense DUI case. He was very confident and reassuring throughout the entire process. Having never worked with a lawyer before, at first I was a little bit skeptical and nervous... But Richard sure did a great job of making me feel comfortable during all of our discussions. Even though I certainly had a very good case to fight, many other attorneys were very negative and did not seem to believe that I had much of a chance. In such a difficult set of circumstances, all you need is a little hope and Richard certainly provided me with a breath of fresh air in that regard. Richard did exactly what he said he was going to do and got my DUI charge dismissed. The way that he did it was in a no-nonsense sort of way and that can only come from someone with the many years of experience like he has. All in all, Richard did an excellent job for me!!! He was very fair and ethical in his business practices and fees. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal counsel.

Hired Richard for an OWI charge after being refereed by multiple prior clients.
