I called 9 lawyers to seek immediate assistance with a Real Estate Attorney. EVERY single one said I had little to ZERO chance to take any action as it was just too late. Defining moments of defeat and emotional turmoil. I felt absolutely defenseless, the thought there was not even a chance for my family was a constant deafening tragedy. That was Until I spoke to Lisa Truitt. She actually listened to me not only gave me ALL my options but immediately started the process that I was told so many times before would be impossible. Which as it turns out WAS possible which Lisa has already proved. The secretary and Lisa made documents, emails that I needed to sign and send that fit my needs a seamless process. Lisa makes sure every single step of the way I’m informed. There hasn’t been a time I’ve called and the information wasn’t already readily available in a email or voicemail many times both. I’ve needed to retain lawyers in the past for various things and without question Lisa Truitt is the very best. We are not yet concluded and already she has accomplished volumes. Without a doubt family truly feels grateful to have found STL&D attorney at law. I would definitely recommend and rest easy if you call Schmidlkofer, Toth, Loeb & Drosen and of course Lisa Truitt.

Attorney loeb was totally unprofessional. He did horrible work, so bad I had to have another attorney friend of mine redo it. It was incoherent and all over the map regarding the issues of my case. He would promise to have things done and when they weren't done and I had not heard from him he would charge me to call and ask what happened. I caught him lying to me at least once and had to screenshot the lie and send it to him before he would admit to it. He charged me for his paralegal to do work at an attorney hourly. It would take days or even a week to get a partial response to calls or emails. Then charge to read another email inquiring why not all the questions were answered with the first email. He is not aggressive in his representation at all, which makes you feel that you are not important to him. So if you are up against a decent attorney, that attorney will have his way with Basil. I can honestly say I am worse off in my legal situation after hiring him than before.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM BADIL LOEB. He is dishonest, does barely the bare minimum and could care less about you or your legal matter. I had to file a complaint with the state of Wisconsin lawyer regulations to try and get my money back...

Highly recommend that you stay far away from Basil Loeb. He is not a good attorney. He didn't follow through with services needed from him as part of the case. He got his money and didn't care at all if we got ours after trial conclusion.

Attorney Loeb is playing with our monies. He takes his time with stalling our case with his client. It’s been 5 months and we still have nit been paid in full. We were to be paid by end of November. He is rude and childish. Finish the case and move on don’t play games.

Great people that offer great services

Emailed to set up a will/trust with Attn Toth. They gave me no information on what to bring- I had to ask twice. Then they canceled on me (fine, things happen) and when i called to reschedule. They were very inflexible to reschedule. If you are looking for estate planning, go somewhere else.

Great attorney- knowledgeable and very responsive.

My problem is that Basil Loeb charges for every phone call and email, regardless if the email just states, "How's it going."
