I left a message for kyle explaining my situation involving two auto tickets issued stemming from a bizarre medical episode I had. He got back to me within hrs and got the ball rolling, explaining the process and what I needed to do. In the end he took care of everything and i only had to answer a couple questions he had and snap a photo of my tickets. He was able to get one dropped completely and greatly reduce the other one in title. Most importantly he made sure that I ended up with 0 pts, which given my profession was huge.
