Kim and LaVoy, specifically Kevin Gaertner, did a wonderful job handling a legal situation for one of my children. They worked to help my son accept responsibility for his actions, yet at the same time minimize the financial and legal consequences. Kevin helped us through the process every step of the way. Hiring an attorney to navigate this made it easier - as this was a completely unknown process for us - and also we recouped quite a bit financially as the fines were significantly reduced.

Attorney Zachary Hoff was an excellent criminal defense attorney. After receiving a speeding ticket, our first call was to Attorney Hoff at Kim & Lavoy. So I am a 17 year old that got a ticket with 6 points for driving 31 mph over the limit. It was my first ticket, and I paid a flat fee of 350 dollars to Jamie and she took care of it, I ended up without any points, with a parking ticket on my record instead of a speeding ticket, and only paying 400 dollars which isn't too far from the original 180 dollars. I think it was well worth the money since she brought down a ticket from 6 points to 0 points.

Rude and not a good listener. They tried scamming me for more money and lied saying I'm in more trouble than I actually am in.

A family member has hired this law firm on several occasions. Multiple DUI’s through the years. They helped get the best possible outcomes. I would recommend them. They answer emails and phone calls in timely manner. They don’t promise anything but prepare you for possible outcomes and help with getting the best resolution available.
