Chris took on my case shortly after my car was totaled by a semi on the freeway. He was always prompt when answering my (many!) questions, and both he and the office staff were always courteous and helpful. I'm so thankful for the knowledge he had when negotiating, and pushing back on the insurance company. Mainly, looking out for me and my entire family!!! My injury was not common, and Chris was very patient as I navigated through finding a solution to fix me up, though I'll never be the same. I was a Police officer for a major city when I was involved in a traumatic accident. The accident disabled me to the point that I would never be able to work in law enforcement again.
