Growing law firm currently specializing in Criminal Defense, Small Claims, Child Custody, Contract Review (call for specifics), and Tenant Defense. Hours are relative so call ahead if you don't have an appointment. Full disclaimer - I handle the IT here, so you may call me biased, but I'm not getting paid to write this review. So that being said: Atty. Cheesman is one of the best lawyers I've dealt with (and I've worked with a lot through my profession). Very shrewd, a great no frills/no BS approach, and constantly aware of the fact that your problem is HER problem. She's a former prosecutor, a true legal research nut, and wicked at trial. Exactly the kind of attorney you want in your corner.

I filed chapter 7 here and Mr. Green and Dana were very kind and patient with me. Being so young and trying to get from under medical debt was stressful. I'm very grateful for their knowledge and great prices. I recommend for any legal needs.

I was heartbroken with my situation, I talked with Dana on the phone and she reassured me that they could help. We meet with Will and he really did a great job helping. He explained things so I could understand what was going on and what to expect.

Anytime a situation arises and I need advice I know I can count on them! I've been going to them for years. Will and Dana go above and beyond helping you and making you feel at ease. They are a great team and are quick to get results. I totally trust them and will continue to count on them for future needs. I highly recommend them.

Had questions about a very quick and life changing forced to move situation. The second we met and talked they helped lift a giant weight off my shoulders and were very nice, informative, casual and helpful with steps to take in this situation. I haven't retained Lillian, or Dana yet, but will be because of the way they explained and spoke to us and also the fact i want them to represent me with this issue and possible ones in future if have to. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Only reason didn't give full rating is cause we haven't gone thru whole process and I'm sure I will do so immediately after talking and then retaining . Excited to see how this works out. Definitely suggesting them to others

I couldn’t be happier with Summit Law Office, from the moment I walked in the door as a walk-in inquiring if I truly needed legal representation or not, I was greeted by Paralegal Dana Norton who was genuinely compassionate and quickly introduced me to Attorney Cheesman who sat down with me, listening to everything I had to say about the incident I was involved in and equally compassionate & caring about the situation I was in. They were both honest & straight forward explaining to me what type of legal matter I was dealing with and how they could help me and the cost of their service. They both gave me a huge sense of relief by lifting the weight off my shoulders knowing I had the both of them on my side there to represent me in my time of need.

Don't know were to start. I got myself into serious financial problem and from the moment I spoke with Dana I felt at ease. They more then handled things promptly and left no stone unturned.. they will fight for you EVERY step of the way.. They made what was a bad experience one with a very positive outcome!!!
