Overdue review, got our process completed few months back, cannot stress enough the care and attention to the detail (country specific) given by Melissa, Brigette and her team. I would say do not hesitate to inquire their services for family based immigration needs.

Working with Soberalski Immigration Law has been great, we were lucky to find them. We watched so many videos where incompetent lawyers screwed their client’s cases, so we’re happy that was not the case with us. My husband and I had many questions throughout this process, and they were quick to answer all of them. They are also very organized and they put very close attention to detail. My godmother son recommended Melissa and she did my initial DACA application almost 8 years ago and her and her team have done every renewal since! Has definitely become the go-to for my family and our needs. Melissa, and everyone in her office, is always so kind and willing to answer questions, couldn’t imagine being anybody else’s client.

I was referred to Soberalski Immigration Law by a mutual acquaintance. After talking to a couple of other lawyers, I was still looking for someone that I felt we could trust and offered professional and competent service. My spouse and I were applying for change of status a few months after our marriage and felt some uneasiness due to an increase in recent changes in immigration laws. I felt immediately put at ease by the knowledge of the staff and the sense that they legitimately cared about their clients. Melissa and her staff were able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and present the complicated process to us in a way that made sense. I never felt like "just another customer". Melissa was by our side at the final immigration interview and helped us prepare so we knew exactly what to expect. They seem very dedicated to the community that they serve and are knowledgeable not only about the immigration process but the unique needs and circumstances faced by many of their clients.
