I didn't have a decent lower and it was difficult to communicate before going to Chadwick and Crouse, however after going to Chadwick and Crouse, I was really glad because Ben helped me right away, and I'm grateful for Ben and his hard work. It was challenging to communicate because we didn't speak the same language, but Ben was always willing to help and make sure I understood.
