I hired Laura Fernández to help me get my permanent residency or so call green card. She did an outstanding job and was very affordable. She was always attentive and answered all my questions any time. That was 3 years ago and now thanks to her, I’m a citizen of the United States of America. That’s One of the Best immigration Lawyers. I totally recommend her.

We can't say enough positive things about Laura. We had a complex long-term case that required filing an I212 waiver (in addition to the I-130 and LPR app), and since Laura was one of the first in her field to successfully file that & similar types of filings, we sought her out. She handled our case expertly and adapted to the needs of the moment, updating our filing strategy to save us a ton of steps & $. She is very responsive, open to feedback, and works with you as well as for you. I've referred her to many friends also with complex cases who have had great results with her. Finally, the human element was key for us as our case and filing process has been drawn out over years and has been fraught with roller-coaster style trepidations and Laura never wavered in her compassion and patience for our unique situation. My husband was finally granted his visa last October, and we can't thank Laura enough for her patience, guidance, and support. For anyone else out there who has a complex case, Laura is right for you. And for anyone else who has doubts as to whether their case may have complexity, a consult with Laura would be well worth it.

Laura handled my wife's I-601A case, where we ended up going to Juarez, Mexico for the visa interview. My husband's immigration situation was complicated and involved an I-212 waiver application, in addition to the US permanent residency application. My husband and I sought legal advice (before finding Laura Fernandez) from someone who was quite unhelpful and, ultimately, detrimental to our case. We were trying to get legal permanent residency for my husban, and we were in the process of filing for an I 601A. With our previous help we were denied for reasons that we should not have been. That's when we found Laura Fernandez. On all of the immigration forums that I was a member of, it was always her name that came up, she was always the recommended lawyer. I emailed her and got a response shortly after and we were able to set up a consultation very quickly. After reviewing our case and information Laura informed us that she believed we were unrightfully denied and she helped us file a motion to reconsider. With her help we were able to get the decision turned around and a few months later my husband passed his immigration interview. He is now, happily, a legal resident of the United States, and I fear without Laura's help, we would not be in the same position today.
