Occasional rude or unhelpful staff
“Unfriendly staff, attorney gets upset if you tell her you aren't satisfied with her job and tells you to find another attorney then. Her assistants also answer the phone very rudely and with an attitude.”

“I made an appointment with them, at 10 am by zoom .. the administrator said, the lawyer will send you a link for zoom by email at 10.00am, my appointment for a free consultation didn't happen! no one sent me a link, no one called me.”
