It took him three days to find my file for court out of the stacks, of boxes he has, on his desk, and everywhere else. You can never talk to him, he is always on the phone. The worst lawyer i've worked with.

In my opinion it is far from fair for a public defender to take a criminal case and then never take the time to discuss the case. Trying to even initiate contact with him is like a game of phone tag. He tells you to call him back because he is busy, then you call him back and he either doesn't answer, or is busy again. Rinse and repeat for many days without ever getting a chance to discuss matters that are seriously important. Of course the legal system is far from fair to those without money or possibility to win money in the lawsuit at stake since then the lawyer will be motivated to work hard. So my poor rating is not just to the fact that I got what I paid for, but, to this man's lack of respect to other people to at least spend a respectable amount of his time to do a decent job as a professional should!

John took my case where I was in a car accident. State Farm offerd $85,000. We went to trial and the jury awarded $285,000. Tell me what other attorney can get that result for a ten mile an hour re-end accident. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

John Wallace is the hardest person to reach once you've paid him in full. He's inexpensive and now I know why. I would never hire him to help me. Next time, I will pay the extra money to get the correct information and to have things done on time.
