First word that comes to mind when I think of the experience I have had with Lowe Law Group is “AMAZING”. The communication from this group was excellent what I was hoping for and they made sure that I was always informed of the process and the progress that they had in my case. I will recommend this law firm to anyone I know that has been involved in an accident.

I needed assistance going over a business agreement and Patrick was of great help. He was patient with my questions and went through the agreement with me to help me understand. His office assistant was kind and I was seen promptly. Should I need legal services again I wouldn’t hesitate to return. I left the office feeling confident. Thank you!

There is a long hold time to speak to anyone, the call quality is often terrible, and if there is the slightest disruption in the call signal they will hang up and not call back. Once they have determined that you qualify for assistance the assistance you receive varies greatly on the person you are assigned to, their mood, and whether they feel you deserve assistance or not. If you complain about any of that they say either limited resources or B.C.B.C.
