I contacted Jared Olsen in June to assist with my father's situation in a nursing home and his trust; the situation was time sensitive. He agreed to review my father's trust and provide options. I immediately paid the retainer fee of same day. I sent two emails asking for guidance on two issues I needed to act upon. He ignored both and replied on 22 July that WE had agreed he had until the end of JULY to finish the review. I terminated his services and asked for refund. He charged me $300 as agreed and returned $1,100 by check. It was deposited and three weeks later, I receive another check from different account for the same. I thought it was a duplicate payment error. Unbelievable, the first check had bounced, no notification from Jared. When the second checked arrived, there was no explanation or note sent with it. My bank charged me $12 return unpaid fee. This guy is one of WY's legislators. Attorneys are required to have enough funds to refund to their clients since the monies are to be held in a trust account. Funny when the Olsen group gets a bad review, they post something like this .......Olsen Legal Group has no client history with this individual. The positive reviews are very old.

Adequate

We moved to Cheyenne last January. Our grandson, an attorney in Iowa, researched three firms in Cheyenne to handle our complex needs for legal assistance: Living Trust, Wills Advance Health Care Directives, Hawaii property changes etc. I selected Jared Olsen's firm and they did a great job for us! Jared delivered the finished work a week ahead of a serious medical procedure deadline. We are a continuing client of Jared's firm and we strongly recommend Jared and his excellent staff to anyone needing legal support.

We wanted to get a complete estate plan. Jared and the team are extremely knowledgable. Easy to talk to. Understanding. We got a family trust, living will, health care directives, and more. We should have done it years ago. I recommend everyone get with Jared and do yours now. Dont wait.

My wife (Melanie) and I recently had Olsen Legal Group put together our Trust and Will. We are very satisfied with the advice they assisted us with in put together a quality product. Mr Olsen laid out the process of our Trust and Will in a way that made it understandable to us as laypeople. There wasn't any undue pressure to get it done which gave us, as clients, to slowly review the document's in the Trust and Will and make the necessary amendments to fit our life. We appreciate the advice and work they gave us and the office's staff in preparing the drafts and final document's in a timely manner. Very courteous and professional. We went to Ben for an eviction filing of a tenant for non-payment of rent. He was able to review the situation and represent our business at court successfully. My anxieties and worries were put at ease by his professionalism, knowledge, and relaxed demeanor. We have, and will continue, to recommend Ben to our friends and colleagues!
