Justin was very very professional. I never had any questions unanswered and he helped me understand the more complicated issues with my claim. If I had any questions the response was very prompt. He even found a mistake in my claim earning me more money! The process was mostly painless and he helped end it as soon as possible. His paralegal Samantha is also a sweetheart. I wouldn’t want to go through this process ever again but if I had to, I would most certainly come back here.
