Doug worked on a car accident case for me. We were finally able to settle. Doug worked very hard on the case. He communicated with me all the time with any good, bad, or to work together on something. He had the case ready for trial when the other side finally wanted to settle. He is a very hard worker and I would suggest him to anyone.

Doug does wonderful work. He really listened to us and we felt that he absolutely went to bat for us. He is easy to contact. He always returned my calls or emails. I never felt ignored. Doug Bailey was exceptional at getting a valuable and accurate sworn video deposition put together for one of my witnesses. He was very professional and yet humble in his approach to me as a client. Because he is good at what he does, he is busy, but he never avoids following up. He will ALWAYS get back to you in a prompt manner. Good attorneys are not free and a cheap attorney will likely cost you more in the long run...I know this from experience. Doug has built a reputation in his own right and he also has a firm full of experience behind him when he needs it.
