I contacted this firm trying to hire Charles Pelkey for a Felony Marijuana Distribution Case. They pushed me off to Vaughn Neubauer who did absolutely nothing but seal a felony conviction on a case that was easily winnable. Vaughn refused to present all the information and wanted to harp on one issue that didn't have anything to do with the case. He played right along with the District Attorney and talked me out of perusing a trial by jury. Vaughn drafted a motion to dismiss that was so poorly executed it got an associated motion by a separate lawyer automatically denied. Vaughn charged me $15,000 for his services and received $3,250 and I would bet that he did not even spend 5 hours working on my case. I still receive harassing emails from the firm wanting the remaining $11,250. Vaughn indicated after being paid that he would not represent me on this case unless we did things exactly his way, which was not presenting NEAR all of the information that indicated this was an illegal arrest. Vaughn insisted that I plea guilty to all charges and that we would fight this in the Supreme Court. I agreed with the two felonies for Marijuana Distribution, because they were indeed accurate, I just felt they were obtained illegally. The misdemeanor Interference with a Police Officer was completely fabricated, I attempted to plea Not Guilty to it and Vaughn alongside the Judge openly conspired in the courtroom not to let me plea not guilty, this is on record. Once we got to the Supreme Court, again Vaughn didn't even TRY. His argument was lacking context, was vague and he lost his argument to a University of Wyoming Law STUDENT. Now I am a felon, can't find work to save my life and I get harassing emails demanding money that they insured I would never make back. This man generally represents pedophiles by choice and has a passion for it. He stated to me that previous clients had made attempts on his life, I totally understand why. I want my $3,250 back and to encourage you to NEVER HIRE THIS FIRM. You would have a better defense hiring someone directly out of the DA's office.
