Cole is an excellent attorney. He was always easy to reach and responsive to any questions I had. He was very meticulous in combing through all the video and document evidence in my case and went above and beyond to help me through the process. I hired Cole for a DUI charge in Cheyenne a few years back. From the initial consultation, Cole was very knowledgeable about the DUI laws and defenses. As someone who uses one of the controlled substance medications, Cole provided advance counsel on how these drug tests (during bond, before conviction) are handled. As an experienced attorney, Cole impressed me with being open to client suggestions. He immediately relayed information concerning my arresting officer to the Cheyenne prosecutor, and was able to secure a dismissal of my DUI. You need an experienced attorney, with great communication skills who, also listens to your suggestions for Defense (See above). Several months later I rehired him to successfully file an expungement. Very ethical attorney.
