I have to choose a level of stars so I'm unable to avoid that portion of the review. That being said, I only post here because I was referred to this office by one of their existing clients. I called on August 12th to try to make an appointment to speak with one of their attorneys concerning estate planning and trusts. Their receptionist does not make appointments for their staff, so I was told I would have to wait for a call back from an attorney to schedule this appointment. As of this review, August 29th, I have yet to receive a phone call back to set an appointment and have had to seek services elsewhere. I don't know how they perform their duties consulting their clients, but this interaction certainly didn't lead to a successful new client relationship for them. They were highly recommended and we would have been an easily gained client because of it. However, they didn't seem interested in my business during the call or after.

Not competent nor driven. I wouldn’t pay for their services.

Jeffery took over my case after my other law firm messed my case up so bad and dragged it out for 3 yrs. He was able to get issues resolved quickly, was very informative and helpful during the process. He kept me informed throughout. I’m glad I switched to them

These people will talk to you like you're a child. Avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional and they need to watch their tones. I wouldn't trust this firm. Run run run!

I love this place! They’ve got some of the best lawyers ever. Kelly Neville is my personal favorite she commits so much of her time and hard work to the us job and helps so many people.

I dont hate them they are good at there job
