Vickery & Shepherd is a great firm great to work with. They provided thoughtful, timely guidance and I ended up with a favorable result to my case.

It is hard for me to put into words at how incredible of an attorney Brian Winegar is and everything he has done for me. As someone who went through the trauma of an accident, initially I had signed with another law firm who was terrible and I was able to change to Brian who brought back my faith in finding counsel who truly put the needs of their clients ahead of his own. Brian never passed me off to anyone else and was always happy and willing to take my calls. The level of professionalism and precision in which he operates makes me super grateful and fortunate. I am very thankful that I was able to work with Brian. I can assure anyone who is needing representation that Brian will make sure you are taken care of.

I highly recommend this firm for anyone looking for an advocate. I was in an accident and the other driver's insurance did not want to do the right thing. Not only did Vickery & Shepherd take my case when they did not need to, but they were extremely patient with my constant calls and questions. Karin and Andy were who I worked with and they were both stellar. Andy absolutely worked to get me the best possible outcome and Karin was great about keeping me in the loop and doing lots of the heavy lifting. I hope I never need a lawyer again but if I do this is where I'm coming.

A very professional and firm easy in communication. Always there to take calls and answer questions. They handle and settle my case for Silicosis in a timely manner and getting the settlement we were looking for through negotiation and not having to go to court with more expense. I've been a client of the Vickery and Shepherd Law Firm at one time. My experiences with the office were all very positive. I've dealt directly with Mr. Fred Shepherd, my lawyer and Ms. Karin Shepherd, the legal secretary to my case. Fred Shepherd did an outstanding job with my case. Me, being a veteran and Mr. Shepherd a veteran himself like to help the veterans community with their legal matters.
