When my parents needed assisted living care and nursing home care, my bothers and I stepped in to establish the care they needed and to provide the financial support to meet those needs. I highly recommend The Winter Law Firm. They were a lifeline for me during the most difficult time of my life. My parents had a trust done over twenty years ago in another state. Bill Winter was incredibly kind and accommodating helping us with our estate needs. His charges are very fair, particularly given the quality of work done. He explained everything carefully and made helpful suggestions. One part of our plan had time sensitivity and he completed what we needed right away. Very pleasant experience.

Bill and team did our first estate plan including wills and trusts in 2013 and then a restated set this year. He is excellent at explaining concepts which can at time be confusing with simple examples. He is efficient and his team delivered us copies to sign even though we're out of state now. Since it took us so long to update or documents, we also joined the recurring planning offering so every year we get a chance to talk with Bill and make any amendments or adjustments which will force us to take a look and see what, if anything needs to change! Would highly recommend Winter Law for your estate planning.
