When I first consulted Ms. Barney about my needs she was very informative and up front. I was immediately at ease and felt reassured. After I hired her, she walked me though every step of my process and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. If I had a questions she didn't know the answer to, she was prompt on finding the answer. I would highly recommend Brooke to anyone, and in fact I have, and will continue to do so.

I retained Brooke Barney to help me file chapter 7 bankruptcy. Brooke was awesome. She walked me thru every thing step by step. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Having to even file bankruptcy was a little embarrassing for me and she made the situation better. The whole process went quickly and easy. I would recommend any one to use her

Regarding child custody cases, Brooke is very good at what she does. In my experience she is very professional, knowledgeable and organized. Her approach seems to use knowledge and tact in court versus bulldog tactics. She may be soft spoken, but I believe that is more effective with judges.

After a very bad experience with another attorney in this town I was really leery to try another one! I needed to file bankruptcy after my divorce left me with nothing and I wasn't sure I could trust another lawyer after what I had been through, thankfully Brooke Barney treated me with the utmost respect and helped me through my situation. I would definitely recommend her (and have) to anyone she is a very respectful and responsible attorney!

I have had the priveledge of knowing Brooke Barney for several years. She is one of the most intellegent young woman that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Even though I knew her first on a personal level, during our dealing with her, she kept everything on a professional level, and maintained her professionalism at all times. She is the only attorney that I will use, if I ever have need for an attorney again, and would highly recommend her to anyone who has need of one.
