I am a client of Ms. Quinn and paralegal Peg, and she won my case in settlement. I met Colleen from a referral of a referral. I was facing a hostile work environment because of my sexual orientation (I'm a gay pastor/Chaplain) at the Veteran Affairs Hospital. I filed a EEOC against the Veteran Affairs and won with Colleen leading the fight. She was costly for me, but was worth the risk. I say that not only in hindsight after winning the settlement, but I say this because I watched her advocate for me, with me, and I felt was with me throughout all of it. In my David and Goliath battle against the Federal Governement, Colleen and Peg picked up our little stones of my story and just like the story reveals, we won. I felt confident in her ability to help me navigate this. She also listened, like really listened, to the things that were impacting me and how they were impacting me. Also, Colleen allowed me to participate in my case and help keep my invoices as low as possible, too. I did research, wrote notes, worked on questions, organized my evidence. I was able to do all that while saving funds. I trusted her skill and training to take my non trained collection of things to be that things that she needed and she did so, expertly. On the documents for submission, she did her parts with such skill and precision. When interacting with opposing counsel and the judge, Colleen spoke with confidence and exerpertise. She was cool, calm, and a ninja. But most of all, Colleen and Peg believed in me. Being a gay, married, pastor in a christiandom that will constantly reject, including family, Colleen and Peg became my family, my believers, my cheer squad, my high five, my hug, and my lawyer. I have had not so great experiences in the past with attorneys in my divorce/custody case. Kimi was as breath of fresh air. She was very communicative and answered all of my questions. This is seemingly so simple but apparently other attorneys have issues with this. We were able to get everything signed and in motion extremely quickly. I highly recommend Kimi and will use her again should I need anything else with family law.

Our attorney retired and referred us to Ms. MacLellan's firm to handle our estate should something happen to my wife and/or me. We are both am very pleased with her work. She is easy to talk to, and she explains complicated issues in an easy to understand manner. I'm extremely confident that we are in good hands moving forward. Last time we met, we asked her for some advice for our son who is starting the difficult walk through a divorce. This has to be one of the absolute worst firms in the entire city. My mother was hit by a car and in a case that should have taken months to resolve had taken over two years to settle. The communication from them was non existent, and representation was atrocious. I implore anyone who cares for their family members to look for different services than this firm. Please heed this warning as it will save you time, money and actual representation. They charged my mother 33% for absolutely nothing. No follow up, no guidance absolutely nothing. You’d have better chances representing yourself. Good luck to anyone of you who decide to deal with this horrible law firm.

I was in desperate need of a divorce lawyer, but I did not know how to go about choosing a lawyer that best suited my needs. I had done multiple internet searches, asked for referrals, and even tried to proceed with the divorce by myself without legal help twice. I was involved in a car accident in June 2024. The lawyer, office director, and all other staff took care of my case with all sincerity. It was a place where English, Korean, and Spanish were perfect. In conclusion, I reached a very satisfactory agreement and result. The physical and mental shock and wounds were wrapped up very well.
