Mack went above and beyond. He handled my case with grace ensured that I was not going to be railroaded, but took time to not only explain everything but provided different options and possibly outcomes to finish out my case. He was referred to me by another client and friend that had used him and he told me Mack was the truth and now I can whole heartedly say that statement was an understatement. Not only did he stay with me for the entirety of the case but he stayed on the opposing Council as they were dragging the case out longer than it needed to be. Mr. Washington was a great help in a process in which my children would have been exposed to drugs, alcohol, and a rough upbringing with their mother. Mr. Washington was able to help me become the sole provider for both of my children who are now grown up, graduated high school, and are healthy and happy 19 and 20 year olds. With his help of explaining my case properly to the judge, I was able to have full custody of my 2 children in order to raise them to be great citizens. I originally hired Livesay & Myers based off their Google reviews I read when I got served divorce papers. I can say that I had nothing but a positive experience with the firm.
Ms. Stone Swart and Ms. Humiston were true professionals for the entire length of the case (which seemed like a lifetime!) however they stuck with me till the end. They were empathetic when needed but they also did a great job of keeping me in line when I was disagreeing with a certain path ("Look Scott, this is what the law states..."). Yup, got it!
Ms. Humiston was amazingly organized and helped keep me on target for due dates as well as explain what certain things meant.
Ms. Stone Swart was a pleasure to work with. She knew every inch of the law inside and out. Though my case got difficult (and I even gave her an escape route!) she stuck with me till the end.
I would not hesitate to work with both Dani and Amanda and the firm again.

Mr Hammonds is very polite and respectful. He explains everything easily and is just wonderful. Definitely well worth the money. If you need a top notch attorney this is your guy! Straight foward and doesn't sugar coat. His office manager Amber is wonderful also. She sets the tone for the office, very helpful and quick to respond. They handled my son's case with much kindness and professionalism. Even with Mr Hammonds out of town our case was still handled quickly and efficiently. I just can't say enough good about this office. You won't be disappointed! End result on one charge was a plea deal and when DA decided to try some double jeopardy stuff Rob and Amber where on it quick and of course case was dismissed! Trudy and Jeff are a dynamite team! I honestly can’t sing their praises enough. Such a blessing! Trudy and Jeff helped me through a downright awful divorce. My ex tried to take my son from me and put me in jail through multiple false abuse accusations to the police in three different states. While these were investigated I lost out on an entire year with my son. But Trudy was able to take this horrible situation and turn it around for a complete victory in the courtroom! Not only did we win a default judgement, but I won 100% custody of my son! Now my son is a straight-A student, in Cub Scouts, in sports, and in church. As a father, I cannot even begin to tell you how much I appreciate Trudy and Jeff. Nobody will fight harder for you. Nobody will communicate with you better or care about you more. I'm writing to say how grateful I am for Marc.
Once he got to know me better as a client, he gave me the feeling he truly cared about the outcome of my case.
I was arrested for a DUI charge, along with two felony charges. I scored out to twenty months in prison.
The two of us worked hard to change the outcome at sentencing.
My felonies were reduced to misdemeanors, which is huge. I did get the DUI, although that one was a given. I didn't get any prison time.
With that being said, this was the best outcome possible!
I highly recommend Marc!

From the very first time we talked with crystal and sometimes Bethany they took care of every need, concern, and obstacles! They explained everything to us in our terms so we clearly understood every step. Always got back in reasonable timely manner. They drafted a divorce didn’t matter the other party refused to sign. Every single motion got returned in the mail (anything to make this more difficult) so we also had the pleasure of dealing with CSI serving papers for us at least 5 times and again very fast and easy to work with! We have friends that started a divorce before us and ours is final and they are still in the process! Also at the end we were crunched on time trying to sell a house (couldn’t until we had the paper) and again crystal said I don’t care if I have to walk it over to the judge we will get this done! They did not disappoint any obstacle they quickly had the next step in motion!

Zachary Gottlieb took over my case after 10 months of getting nowhere with my existing divorce attorney. It has been almost 2 years and I am grateful I had the opportunity of starting my family law case with Katherine Denning. Unfortunately, my situation was incredibly high conflict and I started out without representation and restraining orders on both sides were approved with identical restrictions. After a consultation, Katherine helped with confidence and determination. Slowly that all unraveled as communicating became confusing and eventually I was working with Zach right before a seperate hearing relating to my childrens' home and possessions. When I had cried on the phone due to being overwhelmed I was dropped by Katherine with only 2 days left until a hearing took place. I was referred to another attorney/firm. I'll never forget trying to find a lawyer and requesting that the judge postpone the hearing. I represented myself at the hearing and although i didn't get the outcome i wanted, I am proud of myself for facing my abuser on the stand. His lawyer also messed up quite a bit and was less scary during the hearing. However, the judge had no sympathy that I was lawyerless in which I am getting very used to in the legal field. Overall, my ex' lawyer was agressive and unfortunately my replacement did not put in an effort at all. This is no fault of Litowich, however I do think attorneys should be willing to learn how to deal with victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault before taking on high conflict cases. It's reasonable for clients to be confused or emotional, however If you have a high conflict case that involves domestic abuse, do your best not to become emotional or look for a lawyer who is patient and experienced with domestic/sexual abuse survivors.

Me and my husband hired Uri a while back but any time I can I recommend his law group because I know they are the best. He was very attentive and well prepared.
