Everything went great but still hoping when the time comes that everything has been done right and there will be no problems.

I first visited this firm to review my options when my wife was diagnosed with Dementia. Mr Miller was very helpful and understanding of my situation. He reviewed the information I provided and gave me sound advice and started working on my case. During this process unfortunately my wife passed away thankfully not having to go to any nursing home. I provided most of her 24/7 care. After her passing, Mr Miller was very kind enough to provide me with an updated POA, Living Will and final Will with no additional fees since the original paperwork documents were no longer needed. This surprised me so much that he did this for me. I am so grateful and appreciative of the service he provided. Everyone I talked to at this firm were so nice and professional. Always answered my questions truthfully especially the legal ones. If the time ever comes up that I need his legal help again, I have no hesitation making an appointment. After consulting with four law forms and investing a goodly amount of money in an attempt to provide for the best possible plans for financial future of my disabled son, I found none of their solutions or financial plans adequate for the unusually complicated situation for my family. Evidently, that planning also proved to be too complicated and detailed for those previous firms as well. I really was about to my wits end, when a friend recommended Miller Estate and Elder Law in Anniston, Alabama. After my initial consultation with Bill Miller, I realized that he actually did understand the scope of my concerns, as complicated as they were. Bill proceded with working out the details of the best possible plan to manage an unusally complicated situation. Having attempted for several years to complete an acceptable plan meeting the requirements of Social Security, family members, and an assortment of involved interests, I was beyond frustrated. Miller Estate and Elder Law was able to resolve my concerns in a timely fashion and in a most competent manner. Planning an estate, especially when the care of a disabled dependent is involved, is far too complicated for most legal service agencies to tackle. Special estate planning knowlege, expertise, and experience regarding all involved agencies (Social Security, annuities, retirement, etc) are essential to the formulation of estate planning in such complicated circumstances. Bill Miller is absolutely the best. He takes the time to explain the process of elder law and answers all your questions even if you ask the same thing twice.
