First, go to the free seminar. Unless you already know about estate and elder law, this will let you know what questions you have. (These were questions I didn't even know I needed answers to, much less have the answers for them.) And since this is all they do, they've developed quite the expertise in this area, which is a highly-specialized area of law practice. We had a will and thought we were good. But my experiences helping my mom with assisted living and the related expenses let me know there is more to do before than after. More importantly, it's better for you to do it before your family has to do it without your input. Mr. Miller and his staff were the most friendly and efficient people I've met in a while. All appointments were clearly prepared for in advance which made the most effective use of my and my wife's time, and theirs. The process is client-driven, so your path is based on your family's specific needs; blended family, special needs members, split families, etc. I've recommended them to friends and family already and have nothing to gain but getting them the quality estate planning advice they deserve sooner rather than later. Go to the seminar or call them directly. If you don't have a plan, you need one.

Attended the Elder Law seminar with Bill Miller. Learned a lot and it was what we had been looking for. Met with Bill and settled on a few documents. The entire process was very informative, casual and worthwhile ! We feel very comfortable with our estate and how it will be handled in the future! Would recommend Bill Miller to anyone who needs to have a good plan for the future.

Mr. Miller and his law firm helped us with my father's Medicaid application. They gave us a detailed list of information that we needed at our initial meeting and along the way helped us get some of the information more quickly than we could have ourselves. They were always available when we had questions and more than willing to help us in anyway possible. We were able to get the application approved in about 1 month even though they told us to be prepared for up to 90 days before it would be approved. From the first phone call and appointment they made us feel like family. I will always be grateful to them for making a difficult situation more bearable.

I am very satisfied with Billy Miller and his staff for handling my estate planning-I have two mentally handicapped sons so wanted to make sure to get someone who specializes in estate planning and trusts and I think I got one of the best firms to handle my affairs

We highly recommend Miller Estate and Elder Law for all your estate planning needs. All of the staff there were very nice and accommodating to all our needs. Bill did an excellent job explaining everything as well as taking all our concerns and questions with patience. He is so thoughtful and knowledgeable!!
