We recently completed our estate planning with Bill Miller and were most impressed with him and his staff. Bill is very knowledgeable and seemed to want the very best for us and our desired outcome. Surprisingly, it was quite easy! When we came in for the final signing, everything was laid out for us in a very clear and easy manner. We would HIGHLY recommend Bill Miller and Mary Barnett for your estate planning needs.

Navigating medicaid and other issues of the elderly can be almost impossible with the pages and pages of rules and regulations, which are changing all the time. You need someone who knows the system and can safely navigate through it with you. I highly recommend Miller Estate and Elder Law. They are knowledgeable, competent and can help you solve your problems. They made me aware of benefits I didn't even know my elder had!

Miller Estate and Elder Law is a firm which helped us in a tremendous way to plan for end of life decisions. The information given to us was valuable in helping us develop a plan to relieve the stress of decision making for our children. My wife and I recently had a new will and medical directives written by attorney William Miller. We found Mr. Miller to be very knowledgeable and professional, and great to work with. Mr. Miller took the time to really listen to us and what we wanted in the will and medical directives. This resulted in these legal documents being just what we were looking for. We would highly recommend Mr. Miller to anyone who needs a will or help with estate planning. Two things I have learned from this process: First, use a lawyer who specializes in this type of law. Don’t go to just any lawyer. Secondly, be proactive and get the necessary legal documents in place before an unplanned event happens (someone dies unexpectedly or has to go to an assisted living facility, for example). Not doing so can cost you a lot of money and time.
