After using the contact me method and posting the information we had, the intake lady called me, sounding disinterested from the beginning, and asked some questions and wrote down her interpretation of what I said. She said that they would review it, and an attorney would call me, and that I had a free consultation. A couple days later I got an email rejecting the case, with no explanation, and no consultation. I don't know why you would advertise a free consultation if you can't even sit down and go over the case with the actual lawyer.

The intake person was not listening to me at all. I kept having to repeat myself. Once I told her not to worry me as a client, I received a letter in the mail telling me that they do not represent me. Well, duh!!

Mr. Casey King is the absolute best. From the moment I reached out to see if I had a case… to him calling me the next day saying I had one and that he would represent me.. I just felt that he was really going to have my back through it all and he did. From the front desk to his assistant Madison, alllll the way to Mr. King; everything was top notch. If I didn’t understand anything I would reach out and they would explain it to me whether through email or phone call. I am sooooo grateful that WE won. I can’t thank him/ them enough.
