I explained to the receptionist serval issues. An associate, not Attorney King called me back to say they couldn't assist me. Why advertise employment retaliation, when in actuality you dont.. I asked, what specifics are you looking for because I have substantial evidence to support my claims. Of course she couldn't respond to a valid question. REJECTED CALL BACK!!

Great staff, communication, and service! In my opinion, Mr. Michel and his staff went over and beyond what I expected. If you want an attorney that is more relationship based and doesn't charge you for every little thing, then this is your attorney and team. They also came highly recommended so it's not just my opinion.

Josh helped me through a very difficult situation at work. My boss was positioning with Human Resources, and dividing up my job responsibilities to release me from employment. I felt that I was within a week of being released. Josh quickly put my company on notice for harassment. Josh told me that this would keep me employed long enough to find a new job. As communicated, this allowed me upwards of 90 days to find new job. I was able to find a new job and leave the company on my terms. I can't say enough about Josh and his team. I highly recommend!
