One word for the people that work here..... IGNORANT!!!!

I called to pay off a garnishment I was just issued and they told me I owed more than the amount on my garnishment to pay it off. They changed the pay off amount 3 times while I was on the phone with them. By the time I hung up they had raised the charges by 400 dollars.

They do not answer the phone. After an hour of trying to reach them I get an extremely rude person. Stay away from this firm.

I've been calling this firm for over one month now trying to resolve a debt dispute. Everytime I call it forces you to leave a voicemail to which no one ever calls back. I've tried speaking to a receptionist to get a live person but all she did was transfer me to the same voice mail line. I've asked for an email to contact them and I was given a website and was told to send an email to that website. When I explained to the receptionist that the given address is a website and not an email I was assured it would work. It didn't. I am now over a month and still cannot speak to a live person.

Didn't ever answer the phone.

Just do some Google searches and show up. They came after me over an old debt from out of state under the guise of breach of contract. Which is 6 year statute of limitations in Alabama while only showing me credit card statements which fall under 3 years. My contract was with capital one not unifund. Besides that I fall under judgement proof. She immediately issued for an extension I faxed my award letter and they have yet to drop it. That's fine but the statute of limitations runs out 2 months before we even go back to court for whatever nonsense they're trying to put together. The only reason people are losing is they just don't show up.

They are very rude!

Know matter how many voices mail's you leave they never return your phone calls. I have called about 26 times and can never get an answer.
