Trash company. If it is over a debt. Pay a lawyer a few hundred dollars to fight them. It is worth it. Judge ruled in my favor.

Called to get a verification and it just keeps hanging up when I try to speak to someone. How are these people even in business? Automated system is set up only for them to hang up on you and can't even speak to anyone.

This office is representing a collection company by the name of Midland Funding LLC. This company has already garnished my wages in regards to a case in 2018. I received court documents on today’s date stating they will be garnishing my wages again for the same case. I have documentation that can prove the total amount due was taken from my check. Looks like I need to take legal action due to them attempting to take more money for a paid in full debt.
