I politely called to gain account for a document that I paid a lot of money to overnight to marie casey from Texas. The document was to arrive at 10:30 the next day. She said it never arrived and she was extremely rude and dismissive. I'm from Alabama and was quite shocked of her horrible attitude which is not what us Alabamians are known for.

Worst experience ever! I did the close on my house June 18,2021 and they write my name wrong on the deed(which it was correct the day of closing) and now I have been waiting for almost 5 month and they still don’t fix it… every single time they have an excuse to not have my paper fix and now they also said I have to paid for to get it fix because it was not their fault. Not talking on how rude they are every time I go.
