Excellent service. Far better outcome than expected.

Very poor service. Review stated nothing but positivity which is why I went with him, but for the past two months I have been trying to get a speeding ticket handled from when I was passing through Alabama. It has taken two months for his secretary to get back with me on even prices for how much he cost, or any type of resolution to my ticket other than she will keep trying to get a hold of somebody else. I have not spoken to Mr. Young yet which I think is very unprofessional. It is also highly unprofessional that his secretary cannot handle his cases or even know how much she costs. It is a constant runaround for the last two months, now with my court date coming up I still have no resolution from him or his receptionist Alison. I have never seen such unprofessional manner handling any type of ticket. Any other ticket I have gotten from any other state or traffic attorney has been handled same day very quickly non-stressful. Mr. Young and his attorney are the worst people I’ve ever dealt with and cause nothing but stress. Which is something they are supposed to be taken care of. I would highly recommend never going to these people as I do not even believe they will be handling my case after two months of running in circles with them. Highly irresponsible, highly unprofessional, very stressful, the absolute worst people I’ve ever dealt with. Update: I have finally gotten in contact with Allison. It was weird timing that after I wrote this review, she was able to contact someone. But it definitely could’ve just been by chance. No clue. She was able to get me in touch with the correct people and the ball began to roll! I was able to get my ticket taken care of through Allison and the DA office which I was super pleased with. Once then, Alison began being extranet helpful and reaching out to me more and more to see if I was helped and sent me all copies of all documents which I loved. Now, Becuase of this review, she asked me to take it down or edit it now that I have been helped. I told hes I would when I figured out how to. She explained to me it was just her and Mr Young there, so sometimes it was hard to keep up with things. Which I totally get. But it shouldn’t have taken to this extreme, just to get things going. Since I have been helped, I have received multiple emails and calls (sometimes back to back repetitive calls a day, picture included with VERY FEW I had not already deleted) a day from her asking me to edit or take down the review. Now it’s basically harassment how many calls I’m getting over a review that could’ve been avoided to begin with. My final review is this - The beginning of the experience was totally inappropriate and totally unprofessional. It was not handled in the correct way and I would not recommend going to this lawyer. However after being helped I can see that they are nice people they get the job done, whether it was because of the review or not I am not sure. I will never be sure because I cannot go back and take the original review down. So maybe they only helped me extra because of the review, maybe they really are good people. I do not 100% know. I can’t say that now that I have worked with them a little bit more I don’t have as much hatred for the company. I am very annoyed and think it is highly unprofessional to call me multiple times throughout the day and email me when the ticket has been taken care of for a week or so now, all to try and get me to take down a review. I am done with the situation and my advice would be just try not to get a ticket in Alabama because it is a huge hassle to get it taken care of. I will try this lawyer at your own discretion and see if you have a better experience than me!
