Best lawyer in North Alabama!

I hired Mrs. Woodruff as my attorney in a custody case. She is right about alot of things. She is a great person. I recommend her 1000%! She does tell the truth and she does want to help. She has more than one case at a time so just be patient. I recommend her she is a very good attorney. She will help you if you listen to her. She is amazing .She knows what she is doing and anyone who needs her help she will do her best to do it. She is there for the well being of the child. She will fight for whatever you want as long as your in the right. I now have joint custody of my son and have my visitation rights.

I Hired Mrs. Franks on a case involing my minor son. I liked Mrs. Franks she talked a mean game. But Thats all it was is talk, all bark but no bit! I give her 1500 dollars, She sent her a law parner to court once with me. And she went to court with me once. And really done noithing. After that she wouldn't return my call are my text messages.I TEXTED MRS. FRANKS DOZENS OF TIMES, I EVEN OFFERED HER MORE MONEY FOR THE CASE,I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY ACTION FOR MY HARD EARNED MONEY!SO NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MRS. FRANKS TO ANYONE.

I absolutely 100 % recommend hiring Johnnie for any family/custody matter. She is extremely knowledgeable and really does care about you. She works hard and puts in tons of time and effort. What people do not understand is legal issues take time and attorneys can not control how long the courts take to get things done on their end. However, when it's time to show up for court and get the job done, you can best believe she is going to be there to represent you to her best ability. She has years of experience and everyone in the office is very professional. They answer the phone, they answer emails, they call you back... She is not cheap but you get what you pay for.... She will do what it takes and you WILL get results!!

Johnnie Franks is by far one of the worst attorney I've ever seen she will talk a big game bout how she will handle things but will do nothing wont answer calls or return emails i hired her for a criminal and custody case in 8 months she did one small thing i could have done on my own she waited to the morning of trial to even look at the motion of discovery and was going to allow a clearly edited video to be played in court and when I showed her were the video edited she told me to shut up and scared me into taking a bogus plea deal and that was the day she was fired as far as the custody part she would never respond or rebuttal any bogus motions are allegations filed against me and would make deals my exs attorney behind my back that would cause me to lose days with my boys and because of johnny I'm only seeing my boy 62 days a year this i I can't be certain if she's just lazy or incompetent but probably both but cause of this woman my kids are staying with a drug addict and her sex offender boyfriend Just to show how sorry and petty this woman is After firing her I asked for the text messages videos and other evidence I gave her to prove the mother unfit she refused to give at back and demanded another $2500 do not waste your time and money with dealing with her
