I came to David Pace at New Beginnings Family Law in need of desperate help…. I needed help to get custody of my daughter. He, and his associates went above and beyond in the fight for my family and we will forever be in his debt for keeping us all together! All of my questions were answered if not immediately, then very quickly and thoroughly. All the fees for services were clearly labeled and fairly priced, and I never had any questions about what they were for. Above all, I highly recommend New Beginnings Family Law, and Mr. David Pace. He and his firm are God’s servants, and they will fight tooth and nail for your child and what they need, like they did for mine. If you feel you need help, don’t wait!

JoAnn Perez comes from one of Huntsville’s most prestigious law firms. She has been in private practice for many years and has been very successful in her field. She is very knowledgeable and keeps current on new law in her field. When I decided that I wanted to replace my will with a trust I interviewed three attorneys before deciding on JoAnn Perez. JoAnn was clearly the most experienced and most knowledgeable. As with any good attorney she is specialized and will do the best job of any attorney in Huntsville in her field. I currently have six attorneys and I have represented myself in District Court (small claims division) opposing one of Huntsville finest. I know a good attorney when I encounter one and JoAnn is one of the finest.

JoAnn Perez makes estate planning easy! She is knowledgeable and experienced which means she answered so many questions for me, guiding me towards my best path. She used terminology I understood and had patience when I needed further explanation. She also worked tirelessly to help me resolve my brother’s estate when a poorly written will and joint ownership in real estate convoluted the process. She resolved every issue taking a huge burden off my shoulders. I recommend JoAnn to all my family and friends! She is wonderful!

My husband and I had the liberty of having Chuck as our lawyer. We were clueless when it came to the court system, but he knew exactly what he was doing and helped us every step of the way with our court case. We were extremely blessed to have worked with this firm and know exactly who to call if ever in need of a lawyer again!

Everyone in the office including lawyers, paralegals, billing people, and secretaries are absolutely wonderful. They did nothing for me and took a huge chunk of my money. For a custody battle it is hard enough. They took my money and pawned me off to the next guy and then to the next guy. It's been almost a year and I'm still sitting here with nothing, but they need more money from me. It all bad... So after all this time they send me another bill for thousands of dollars. I paid everything up front with credit cards and they did absolutely nothing. Very slow and they lose.
