Would love to leave negative stars but it will not allow you. It is horrible how lawyers these days will just bill for everything and anything. When you are paying 350 an hour and the minimal charge is 30 minutes for an email that took 5 minutes to write it is robbery. We went with David Pace and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer or office in my life. We were getting billed 500-700 almost weekly just trying to get child support payments re evaluated he had told us he would take care of all of our needs as none were to hard to handle. Needless to say they would give a print out only if we asked for it for the charges we were charged and they were always outlandish. It got to a point where we didn’t even want to email anyone from the fear of being over charged. Well just yesterday 2 months after we were told our case was taken care of and we were paid in full they called and said we still owed them 650 dollars and told us they would knock the bill down to 400. They are not looking for you best in interest and will run up the bills and at the end of the day you are at there mercy as to what they are willing to do for you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW OFFICE AND DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM DAVID PACE.

Amber James and her team at New Beginnings were nothing but caring and considerate with my needs at a very difficult time. It was very important to me to have a woman representing me, and both Amber and Monica were very patient with my many emails and questions. Brandy just helped us TREMENDOUSLY when we asked about the ex-wife saying that only she could give permission for the child's father to go to the child's school. She read us from the divorce decree (our own silly fault for not reading and comprehending it on our own). She was a GREAT help! Thank you!

Initially I was shocked & surprised my husband was asking for divorce. Came out of nowhere. Bottom line I read 6 years worth of reviews of Amber James and it was all positive reviews. At one of the lowest points in my life and biggest trust issues… I did put all trust in her and her team based on reviews. During this process there were times I couldn’t put one foot in front of the other or a sentence together… when I couldn’t accomplish that. They were there. They were there for me when I felt taken advantage of, wronged, or just a listening ear. Today finally after 6 months of waiting… my case was solved. I put 100% trust in Amber, but she also showed grace and let me speak my mind and get my hurt out as well. We all were a great team. If anyone needs someone in their corner I highly recommend New Beginnings and Amber James/Monica/Brandy. The entire team. They will fight for what is right for you, give honest opinion, will not drag it out to take your money like some lawyers do (you have to be careful with this, they do exist). Bottom line I would recommend her to my family, friends and strangers. Top notch lawyer and team!!!
