We just went through step parent adoption for my 7 year old. We can’t rave enough about Ruby and Monica who were SO EXTREMELY helpful and professional throughout the process. Every question I had (and it was many) was answered. Great firm!

Well, I’ve read all good things and was actually referred over by a friend. I call, and the lady I spoke with was SO rude. I told her was there anyone else I could speak with because she was being so rude and she got loud so I hung up the phone. Sucks because I’ve read and heard good things, but will no longer try my business here.

Amber and her team were such a blessing through such a difficult time. I consulted with 4 different attorneys before I met with Amber, and she proposed legal solutions that none of the others had even mentioned. My case was an extremely sensitive one, and she was so helpful in finding the best solution and answering all my concerns along the way. She was there whenever I needed her and was able to achieve more than I had hoped for. It honestly felt as if I was working with a close friend rather than a paid attorney. Krissy, my paralegal, was equally as incredible and helpful. I’m forever grateful for them both. If I had to go through my case all over again, I wouldn’t choose anyone else. I contacted New Beginnings Family Law because I was familiar with Ms. James reputation for advocating for men during divorce cases and she had assisted in my case some years prior. I contracted with Ms. Ruby Panter and her Legal Aide, Ms. Monica Metcalf to terminate my child support garnishment. All the New Beginnings personnel, working my case, were very professional and courteous. I was kept fully informed of each step in the process and the progress of each step. My husband and I were needing assistance in getting custody of our son. New beginning went above and beyond to help us. If I had any questions I could contact Monica for anything. She was always in contact with me on the case and keeping me posted with what was going on. My husband and I were well pleased with the staff. If I could rate New Beginnings with a 10 I would !! I’ve been working with them for about 2 months , and they have been wonderful . Amber and Krissy have helped me tremendously , any questions I have , if I ask for any help on a decision that’s best they are always there ! I can call and get ahold of either one ASAP, and they are on TOP of everything ! they don’t just treat you like a client , they treat you like a friend and client ! And they don’t judge at all because my case is a little crazy , I’m going through a custody , visitation battle , and they are great as well as Brandy and Monica 😊

I'm very thankful for how much Tanya Hendrix and Monica Bates were able to help me during my divorce. They even helped me from a distance as I was in Korea during the entire ordeal, and they handled everything with professionalism. Even when things didn't go as planned, they were still able to ensure that I was taken care of as much as possible. They were more helpful to me than they should've been, and I will never forget how much they helped.
