Sarah Meigs is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. She is the second attorney used for my divorce. I had no idea as to what I was legally obligated to do or entitled to receive until I hired her. Sarah explained the processes we would be going through and the laws in an outstanding and understandable manner. She was polite, yet firm, in her dealings with my ex-wife's attorney...which was instrumental in the outcome of the divorce. I am quite positive that I would have been financially obligated for much more if it had not been for Sarah and her excellent knowledge of the law and the professional manner in which she conducted herself.

Let’s just say I didn’t know I had rights and got everything I asked for. I hired her because I heard she was aggressive and protected my best interest. She was transparent which help a lot. We did uncontested against Bill Hall Associates. I was married for about 3 1/2 years. I was in Nurisng school when he drop the D word. If I can get through it you will too. Dont sign anything unless she looked at it! The more records you have and have your documents in order the faster and better it will get. Like tax assessments, bank account info 401k, debt ect and personal property list and pictures.

Amy was recommended to help with an interstate (MS) divorce agreement issue when I needed to get the AL court system involved. She is very straightforward and honest and handled my case with professionalism. I definitely recommend her.

I am so pleased with the services Sarah Meigs has given to us. In 2020 she helped me get full custody of my children. When my husbands son wanted to live with us in 2022 I knew without question who we would use. Sarah went above and beyond for our family and our children. I know without a doubt her heart is to see children taken care of and thriving. She was quick to answer questions, emails and return phone calls. A court appointed lawyer who doesn't take any interest in your case and will tell you everything is ok when that's far from the truth.

I never hired Amy directly, but I was involved in a case where she was the lead attorney. Amy is one of, if not the best in the business when it comes to family law. We ended up hiring her son in law Keith as well at one point and the case went our way. We definitely didn’t make it easy for them, but they always tell you the truth ( even if you don’t want to hear it ) and they always do the best they can with the options you give them. I would hire Amy and her team 100/100 times. Highly recommend.
