Left several messages with phone number to return call & he has never returned my calls.

I hired Jerome Carter to handle a criminal case. I Paid him 4,000 to do absolutely nothing! Terrible staff and service. Absolutely bad communication and understanding. He spoke to me rude and unprofessional. His secretary told me he said that if it wasn’t important that he will speak to me in court. I had to constantly show up to his office to get him to speak with me. He knew pretty much nothing about my case! Once I stood up for myself and let him know how I felt he filed a motion to withdraw the day before court! All he has done is show up in court and sat like a quiet mouse. I can only assume he thought he was being paid $4,000 to model his appearance in court.

Worst attorney ever he believed I was lying when I was not I was there to talk to him because I did not understand what was going on reason why I hired him then I had an emergency desperate emergency called him twice and no call back I fired him did get a half of refund will never use him or try again I will not recommend him to anybody that has serious emergencies

Mr. Carter is very personable and cares about his clients. His office employees were exceptional and very informative.

One of the best Law Firm I have visited. They take great care of their clients.
