Do not DONATE your money to Jerome Carter. Carter stole $4,000.00 from me. First, he failed to have the opposing party served causing the decision in my case to be overturned years later. Secondly, he refused to meet with me to go over evidence in the case. He came to court with all of the evidence I produced to support my case, but he did NOT present any of it. Even though Carter sat next to me in court, I did not have an attorney nor any legal representation. Carter lied to me to get y business/money. He said he would file to get immediate child support payments started - he did not. And, he stated he was close with the presiding Judge, even saying they both worked at the same law firm previously. Carter STOLE $4,000.00 from me through THEFT BY DECEPTION. If headed to Divorce Court, it's far better to represent yourself pro se. I strongly CAUTION you - Do NOT Hire Jerome Carter, you are throwing your money away. Carter uses DECEPTIVE and SUGGESTIVE practices to get your money from you.
