I had a terrible experience with this law firm and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. After all the advertising they do, I received very little communication once I signed up. I would email and call the personnel assigned to me, and get no response. I never felt they were fighting for me whereas, evidence showed the other party was at fault. Within six months of statue of limitations ending, I received communication from Vance Law Firm saying that the other party's insurance company denied my claim and Vance Law Firm was dropping my case against them. Now, I had to go find another law firm who would take my case within this short notice and finally found an attorney who took my case and got me a settlement from the insurance company. Vance Law Firm was a big disappointment and total waste of my time.

If i ever need an accident attorney I will 100% use The Vance Law Firm. I spoke with Stewart Vance and his partner Kyle at an ASU golf fundraiser and then again a couple weeks ago at "show at the shed'. This team seems really about helping people and bettering the community they both live and work in.

They take forever to get you settled from your clam. Been waiting a year and two months and still have not gotten a payout .
