I have been working with the Vance lawfirm since December 27th 2022 on a personal injury case. I am extremely dissatisfied with this law firms service. It is damn near impossible to get anyone to transfer you to the attorney handling your case, I never spoke to my Attorney on my case and was asked to sign paperwork that I didn’t understand completely and couldn’t ask questions about my case since the lawyer I HIRED was unavailable to assist me. I basically signed papers, got a cheep payment and was sent on my way. For my son’s side of the case I spoke to his attorney one time after it was abruptly assigned to a new lawyer that we never made contact with. Fast-forward about nine months and we had a court hearing to settle My Sons case. The judge ordered that it was not in favor of my son To grant the current settlement offer, Vance Lawfirm fees were too high For my son type of case. I completely agree, considering I never spoke to the new lawyer And was not explained the process of my sons Side of the case and could not get questions answered as I asked them. I will not be using this Lawfirm again for any personal injury needs and I will go with a local more personal and reputable attorney. I’m requesting Copies of our files and I’m getting pushed back in every Direction with the Lawfirm stating they gave me the documents They ended up not giving me. I cannot wait for this to be over because I’m done working with this Lawfirm.
