Friendly staff

Mr. Alsobrook and the staff are great. They are extremely thorough and punctual with your case. In my opinion you can't go wrong, any service you may need, do not hesitate to call!

Mr. Alsobrook provided our family and many others with a mask exemption letter for our children and they were all approved. Thank you for all your help! You are amazing!

"Response from the owner 24 minutes ago Mr. Newell, I am very sorry that you believe our office failed to keep a scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, Ms. Hoyt was put on a Zoom Conference by a Judge at 1:00 PM today which our office informed you when you arrived. We most certainly would have let you know had we been given the heads up prior to 12:30 PM of Ms. Hoyt’s zoom conference. Mr. Alsobrook had a Noon consultation that ran over and he had to make a phone call to cancel his lunch meeting so as to meet with you only to walk out as you opted to walk out the door without notifying anyone of your decision to cancel your appointment. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience of forcing you to wait an additional 15 minutes for Mr. Alsobrook to meet with you. We take a great deal of pride in our customer service and your commentary on our daily business practice could not be further from the truth and we greatly regret that you decided to take the time to go on our website and opine with a grossly unfair statement of facts. We do hope that you have a pleasant weekend and we wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors." No part of my statement is untrue. However a part of yours is. 1. The ladies in the lobby did indeed notify me of Ms. Hoyt's Zoom meeting, they also sit me in the conference room and said "Zack" would meet with me. Zack did not show up as I waited 15 minutes past my Appointment time. 2. I did not cancel the appointment. The appointment was set for 1:00pm. Not 1:15pm. I arrived 10 minutes early as I do for every appointment I have. On my way out I did notify the two ladies in the lobby I was leaving. Neither one of them offered an apology nor asked me if I wanted to re-schedule. 3. You charge a minimum $100 for a consultation. I understand very well why you do this. Your time is valuable and you should get paid for it. I also run a service business and my time is valuable. I was also on my lunch period. It is very condescending to value your time above mine and make a false statement about the validity of my review when every word I wrote is true. I do hope that you have a pleasant weekend and I wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors

I greatly appreciate this law firm for not helping me once but twice. They actually took the time to listen and get an understanding of the situations and handle them accordingly... I wanna say thank you all so much.
