END RESULTS: This man SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT during my hearing yesterday after an agonizing 9 month waiting period regarding custody rights of my 3 year old daughter! Beyond impressed with Zach and I will use for any legal needs or advise again if needed in my future. HES THE ONLY OPTION!! About a year ago September 2018, my life was turned upside down within a couple minutes after being served with papers regarding custody of my daughter. I’ve always raised my daughter majority of the time (minimum 21 days out of each month) since her birth, she’s almost 4. Her father on average would have her the other 10 days out of the month. Let me add, my daughters father didn’t pay child support whatsoever since her birth, he did however pay daycare cost ($80/wk). Her father was seeking full custody, child support, the whole nine yards from me... complete nightmare. After long and extensive research, reading reviews after reviews, scouring the internet for someone who I felt was the right person to represent me and my daughter, I came across Alsobrook Law Firm. After reading reviews about Attorney Zach Alsobrook, I decided to give him a shot and meet with him. I don’t recall reading anything bad at all. Within the first few minutes of meeting and speaking with Zach, I finally felt some relief and comfort for the first time since being served those dreadful papers. His expertise and knowledge of law was without a doubt beyond exceptionable , he actually showed compassion for my situation and was a GREAT LISTENER, something I needed bc lord knows I had a lot to say along with even more questions 🙄 just completely overwhelmed, confused, scared, but for good reason. This is my daughter, my world, my reason for living, being threatened to be taken away or trying to, Possibly paying child support to the father who hasn’t been financially supportive in four years? WAIT!!?🤯 WHAT!?😱🤔 While speaking with Zach, not once did I feel rushed during any Point in time. As a matter of fact, he went out of his way to make sure I felt confident and understood everything we had discussed, during every meeting we had. That’s says a lot to me. HE GENUINELY CARES about his clients and goes over and beyond to get the job done. He was able to explain and break things down for me in a way that was very easy for me to understand which also brought me much needed relief, I think it’s safe to say when it comes to speaking in law terms, it can be quite intimidating and confusing, unless you are an attorney. When it came time for the big day, he blew me away even more so during the entire trial period which lasted 7 hours but he really stood out during cross examination. Let me tell you, this man is VERY SHARP, his demeanor overall was very professional, top notch, definitely could tell he’s good at what he does, he takes his job very seriously, losing was not an option for him, the way he cross referenced all witnesses, was beyond exceptional. This is the man you want, no, NEED, in your corner if you are wanting to come out on top with whatever legal issues you are going through. So.... here I am today, the day after receiving a favorable decision by the courts, being represented by Zach, where I went into this as the defendant, I now have this huge burden lifted off me, in complete peace, no worries whatsoever, I am watching my little girl swinging on her swing right now, us both smiling ear to ear, talking about barbies, and for the first time in almost 4 years, I will finally be receiving help from her father with financial support, along with a schedule that actually makes sense. Thank you so so much Zach, genuinely from the bottom of our hearts. This wouldn’t have been possible without YOU!!! No doubt. You saved us in more ways than one. This is the man you need in your corner for all of your legal needs. As for me and my daughter he was without a doubt God sent! Thank you once again.

Ms. Hoyt and her team went above and beyond when looking out for my best interests. They handled a difficult and irrational spouse with the utmost patience and professionalism, changing an otherwise difficult case into an expedient one. Ms. Hoyt kept continuous communication with me on any and all developments that arose. Every hurdle was immediately met with solutions for me to choose from. I always felt confident in the resolution and progress being made. As difficult as a situation like this was, working with them made this the easiest transition it could have been. They were patient with me in all regards. Always available to answer any questions or calls I had, no matter how small.
