When I first spoke with Zach assistant about my husband case, I felt like I was making a great decision. Well, after speaking with Zach Alsobrook himself he had me to believe that he cares about all his clients and he’s willing to go over and beyond to ensure that his clients have a fair trial. Well, once i paid a 3,000 retainer everything changed! I never received phone calls, I consistently had to call them, just for them to repeatedly say we do not call clients just because, & my response to them was when you have been on a case for months you should reached out to the client to reassure them that you are still working for them because Ik you have heard something even if it wasn’t much. I’ve reached out to the circuit clerk office (myself) wrote Mary b Roberson (myself) spoke with the DA (myself) while they submit two motions that comes back denied🤦🏽‍♀️ because he’s filing motions for a notice of appearance instead of a bond hearing! One of the assistants has lead me to believe that this law firm is only about money, because they constantly called about billing but nothing pertaining to the case, I informed them that I paid back in august and it’s December and nothing has been done besides what I’ve done myself. It’s UNFAIR that ones have to feel like they have been robbed especially during this pandemic. I spoke with them about a refund and was told that I might not have anything left because they charge to communicate, file motions, and etc, but every time I’ve asked for a copy of the motions that were filed I was told their computers were down & IT was otw🤦🏽‍♀️. Here it is the end of 2020 and my husband still sits on a no bond without a court date in sight!! I’m not mad but it’s hurtful when you have to go through things like this knowing you wasn’t financially able to give out a 3,000 donation!

Katherine and her team were well versed in the legal processes and were able to adapt and respond to any situation. Zach Alsobrook and his team do excellent work and are one of only a very small number of capable attorneys in the area. Before I hired the Alsobrook law group I went through two other attorneys that botched my case and nearly had me sent to prison. I have no doubt that if I hadn't hired Zach Alsobrook I would be in prison right now. His staff is very helpful and were incredibly patient with my very emotional mother. If you want a professional experience with an attorney that knows what they're doing this is who you should hire. Any negative reviews are more than likely from other law practices that are jealous of their success and reputation. If you have any doubts whatsoever I suggest you ask anyone familiar with the local court system who the best attorney in town is.
