Great firm, they got my ticket dismissed.

Jim is definitely one of the best attorneys in the area. Not only is he extremely personable and easy to work with, he knows his stuff and has connections. He helped me get an extension on my court date until I was able to pay. He reassured me this would not follow me for the rest of my life. He told me just to show up to court (nothing more nothing less) & got my misdemeanor charge dropped with ease. Even the judge reminded me I should thank him because I hired one of the best & he saved me lots of money from attending a class I would have had to, to get my charge dropped. All in all 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

Jim Golden has taken on my court case back in the spring. He did everything he could to help me get through the proceedings in a timely manner, he worked his hardest to get my charges cleared but he was able to get my penalty lowered as the final result. Anything I needed from him he hasn't hesitated to do if it was in his power to make possible. Jim Golden is a fantastic attorney in St. Clair county, he's honest & reliable. He is the man!!! Just awful the way he did my family

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!! He has done my son wrong in the worse possible way. Including causing him to lose his children and having to pay out almost his whole paycheck. Then, after dropping my son, he refused to give him back all of his retainer fees and didn't do a thing to help my son. Now my son does NOT have the funds to retain another attorney. It's almost like he was paid off. BE CAREFUL IF YOU HIRE HIM.
