Mr Golden is the go to Attorney. He did an amazing job for our family. He went against DHR and won. He did his research and put it in front of the judge. He was prepared to go head to head and he prevailed. Thanks just isn’t enough for what he did for my family. So if you need a good Attorney he is your man. Thanks Mr. Golden

I can not praise Mr. Golden enough! He gave my husband, my kids and I our lives back after an unnecessary ordeal with DHR due to a false report. He was attentive, extremely knowledgeable, gave swift responses when I needed his advice, he came to court prepared with documentation and evidence, and attended ISP meetings WITH a binder full and tabbed out of DHR policies - something that DHR couldn’t provide themselves. I highly, highly, highly recommend him and I am so appreciative of him. There’s not enough thanks in the world that would do him justice - no pun intended!

Jim has been readily available to answer my calls and handle all of my legal issues in a timely, professional manner, since day one. So many other lawyers caused me to feel unimportant and unworthy of representation on such a minor matter. But Jim answers his calls personally and sits next to you in court, unlike any other attorney I’ve witnessed. He truly made me feel like family and very well protected. Might I add….. all of my charges were dismissed😊

Mr. Golden is an outstanding lawyer he knows his practice very well. He is an honest person he will tell you his opinion on all possible outcomes but will still fight hard for whatever way his client decides to go. He is very hands on. He will come to your residence inn order to visit and prepare for your upcoming court case which I find extremely great. It shows a sense of complacency. Mr. Golden worked hard on my case every step of the way.

Jim Golden is my go to lawyer, but he isn't your typical suit and tie. He is the most honest lawyer I have had the pleasure of working with. Talking to him didn't make me feel like I needed a law degree to understand what was happening. He managed to keep me level headed in the middle of chaos. I felt more confident when he was in the courtroom with me.
