This guy will take your money and run with it. Received a letter from the District Court today months after my case has been resolved saying that I failed to pay my fine. I was informed by the secretary at this fine establishment that Mr. Neff said that they could pay the court on my behalf if I sent them the money. So I did. Now, here we are 4 months later and no payment was even sent. Unbelievable!! On a side note, good luck trying to get a hold of these people. The staff there act as if they are so overwhelmed to answer and return phone calls it’s almost to a level of absurdity.
