I have contacted Morgan and Morgan multiple times for different reasons, e.g. an Estate matter, a car accident, medical malpractice and general legal assistance. Each and every time I was told "we can't help you". Their ads seem to indicate that the law firm wants to help you with any problem you have BUT...the end result is that if your case isn't going to bring in the money for them they turn you away!!! They need to change their ads to : " if your case will bring us loads of money we are here for you"...because that is the truth!! Dont bother calling them unless you were in an horrific car accident and you or a passenger received horrible, life-changing injuries or a millionaire that needs Estate help or a person with money and you can prove it. They say they care about the "little people" but that is an outright lie. False advertisement is the way I see it and from my experiences with Morgan and Morgan they aren't worth calling or contacting because they don't care!!

They helped me back in 2018 with worker's comp. Now 4 years later the worker's comp company has filled a levy against me for $14000+ that I received in total and no one no where's can help. I've called this firm and countless others. No one will give me a reason why they can't help. I'm supposed to just seat back and let the government take my money when I don't owe it.

Sat on hold for 30 minutes... never got to talk to anyone...

Your commercials make people seem like trailer trash. Glad to see how you really feel about your clients.

They didn't find my case important enough . And I'm still suffering from my surgery .

They disconnected the call without just telling me anything, it would of been more respectful to just let me know it wasn't something they work with.

Please don’t waste your time even consulting with Morgan and Morgan law firm. I called to get help with Healthcare fraud from Shelby Baptist Medical Center and was told by a Consultant from Morgan and Morgan that a lawyer would call me the next day for more details. The next day I received a call from Morgan and Morgan by a consultant named Patricia who refused to give me her last name after I had disclosed my personal information to her for over a hour. She placed me on hold several times and finally stated that I had a malpractice case and would only provide the phone number to the board. Patricia was consulting with Morgan who has been deemed as racist and very unprofessional. This law firm and attorneys should be barred for how they waste your time for hours providing false hope then to only refer you to someone else after you have provided extremely sensitive information regarding your case for 2 days. Patricia had my information from the previous intake from the day prior and stated this would be a malpractice case that they could take it on. However due to the attorney Morgan, he decided to take the easy way out and not help a female African American. Do not consult Morgan and Morgan law firm unless you have hours of time to waste providing details of you private information and enjoy receiving the run around.
